  1. Archetypal formless beings—1st elementary kingdom
  2. Shape-creating beings—2nd elementary kingdom;
  3. Soul beings—3rd elementary kingdom;
  4. Created shapes (crystal forms)—mineral kingdom;
  5. Forms sensibly perceptible in which shape-creating beings are active—plant kingdom;
  6. Forms sensibly perceptible in which shape-creating and soul beings are active—animal kingdom;
  7. Forms sensibly perceptible in which shape-creating and soul beings are active, and in which spirit fashions itself in form of thought within the sense world—human kingdom
